Define Direction

At the beginning of the product design, we reviewed the existing B2C flow and draw the user journey of IKEA’s kiosk users.  Also, we wanted to observe how the user interacting with our B2C app. Thus, we arranged an IKEA site-visit and invited IKEA’s consumers use our app.

After user placed the moving service they will leave the kiosk device, so they turned out leaved us after place the order, some of them are concerning when will the driver pick up the order.
